Some Thoughts On The "Women's March"

Women's march meme
On Saturday Jan 21st we all had to endure endless news coverage of the so called "Women's March that took place mainly in Washington DC but had many satellite marches in major cities across the U.S and Canada.

While ostensibly about supporting women's rights and issues, the event was basically a melange of progressive liberal causes from immigration to abortion with an emphasis on demonizing newly sworn in President Trump and the people who voted for him.

The single overriding concern of these women seemed to be that they believe their "right" to have abortions on demand at taxpayer expense is in eminent danger of being taken away by evil Bible thumping Christian zealots who want to force them into lives of domestic servitude and perpetual pregnancy for gratification of White men.

As far as I know, the only proposal Trump has made in regard to abortion is to end federal funding of Planned Parenthood.

Celebrity speakers like Michael Moore spewed the typical liberal screed while some notables like Ashley Judd and Madonna went completely off the rails with a ranting and raving diatribes that painted all conservatives as literally worse than Hitler. It was truly comical if you could exercise some objectivity on it all.

Also, leftist hypocrisy was in full effect as Pro-Life and conservative women were shunned by the tolerant compassionate liberal marchers. Some were even met with violence.

The video below is from the Women's March in Edmonton Canada. Watch as a male hipster punk punches a female reporter for a conservative website in the face. Notice that the crowd of so called feminists stands idly by (some even chuckle) at this assault (by a man on a woman). The crowd even whisks him away to protect him after the assault.

The bottom line is these marches weren't about women's issues, rights, inclusion, etc. They are not organic in any way, but are astro-turfed political protests funded by sinister figures like George Soros and others, designed to emulate the Tea Party movement a few years ago only with a radical leftist agenda this time.

Scratch the surface of this movement just a little and the underlying agenda is crystal clear.
